Introducing the New FactoryPal Monitoring: Full Production Context, One Screen

This August, we’re rolling out the new version of FactoryPal Monitoring — the most significant update to how shop floor teams see their production, yet.

Instead of switching between screens for machine settings, input materials, KPIs, and operator tasks, everything now lives in one shared view. It’s a rethink of how production information should be presented: not as scattered data points, but as full context, available at a glance.

Here’s what’s new:

• One consolidated view of your line: Production information is no longer scattered across different screens. Everything comes together on a shared timeline, giving teams the context they need to understand what’s happening as it happens.


• Three monitoring levels — line, section, and machine: Start with the complete line, zoom into a section, or examine an individual machine and its settings. Each level provides the right depth for a different operational question, while keeping everyone on the same page.


• Optimized operator task flows: Actions that previously required several clicks can now be completed in one. Multiply that across every task, shift, and production day, and the difference adds up quickly.
