New FactoryPal Feature: Scrap Tracking Dashboard

August 22, 2025

FactoryPal’s new Scrap Tracking Dashboard gives production teams complete visibility into material waste—when it happens, where it occurs, and why. Located in the Input Materials menu, this (for now) customer-specific feature links scrap events to downtime documentation with no extra effort required.

With this dashboard, you can:

  • See a clear breakdown of scrap: Understand how much waste is generated per shift, by machine and category.

  • Spot root causes: Identify patterns in paper tears, mother roll preparation, and auxiliary issues—automatically categorized via C-Codes.

  • Pinpoint problem sources: Trace which Mother Roll IDs are linked to the most waste.

  • Reduce material losses: Take action based on data to improve efficiency and cut costs.

Each category includes a detailed view to support investigation and help teams take targeted action where it matters most. Explore more product features to unlock your full performance potential.
