What do you like most about your role?
I love the challenges and opportunities that FactoryPal offers. My colleagues trust and guide me through everything, which is major benefit for my personal expertise and growth.
What attracted you to working at FactoryPal?
I was most attracted by FactoryPal’s hybrid culture that comes with the freedom and innovation of a startup, but also with the safety of a strong and established group. Also, I absolutely love working in a multicultural team with colleagues from all over the world.
When you’re not at work, what can we find you doing?
I have always been very curious about things I do not understand. In my free time I love to teach myself those new things. Last year I learned to motorbike, the year before I learned knitting, and this year, I will find out more about blockchains and crypto currencies.
What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve been given?
Let just get started! Instead of wallowing in fantasies about what you could or could be doing, just do it now. It doesn't make sense to hold yourself back because of the fear (of lacking something). You won't gain any skills this way.
What's something about yourself that might surprise people?
During some meetings, there is a rat laying and snoring in my lap.
